As autumn deepens and the season begins to turn inward, join us for Waves of Gratitude a sound bath experience offered as a gentle invitation to soften, to listen, and to return to the quiet wisdom within.

November asks us to pause. To notice. To give thanks not only for what has been received, but for the moments that have shaped us, steadied us, and carried us here. This restful journey through sound creates space for reflection, release, and renewal, allowing gratitude to rise naturally from the stillness.

Guided by Sabrina Alicea, you will be carried through waves of vibration and resonance using gongs, healing instruments, and her signature metal Tibetan bowls, intuitively placed on the body. As the sound moves through you, it becomes a current, grounding, expansive, and deeply restorative, gently reminding the body how to exhale, the heart how to open, and the spirit how to rest.

This experience is centered on relaxation, energetic clearing, and inner renewal. No experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are, settle into the space, and allow yourself to be held by the music of stillness.
